Endeavour Perpetual Calendar
Concept Tantalum

The language of tantalum

REF. 1800-2004

CHF 75,000

The Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Concept Tantalum pushes one of our most emblematic complications to its purest expression. Known for its clarity and ease of use, we stripped the Moser perpetual calendar of all superfluous elements: no logo, no indices, no distraction. Just essential information, rendered in a rare and demanding material. Limited to 50 pieces.

Very Rare Material

Tantalum is a dense, rare metal, exceptionally challenging to machine and requiring precise control at every stage. In return,it reveals a distinctive presence: a deep grey tone animated by subtle bluish reflections that shift with the light. Here, it extends beyond the case to become the dial itself, machined from solid metal and sunray-brushed directly into the surface. No lacquer, no coating, no treatment, nothing stands between the material and the eye. Just the metal, and everything it has to say.

Complications

For this Concept watch, we stripped away everything unnecessary. What remains is precisely what matters: an instantaneous jump big date, a central month hand, and a power reserve indicator at 9 o’clock showcasing the movement’s seven-day autonomy. The perpetual calendar is fully adjustable via the crown, forwards and backwards, at any time of day, with no risk of damage. A complication known for its complexity, refined to be completely intuitive.

Movement

At its heart beats the manufacture hand-wound calibre HMC 800, featuring a minimum seven-day power reserve and a double hairspring for enhanced precision. Through the caseback, the movement reveals its inner workings and the discreet leap year indicator. Technical complexity at the highest level, expressed with absolute restraint.
